Introduction

Education is the highway to the goal. In this 21st century, which is era of science and technology, studyof mathematics is essential, mathematics is a tool for science. Keeping this in mind " Maharashtra Ganit Adhyapak mandal " was established in 1974.

After first conference of Maths in Aurangabad, along with other district level 'Mandals', "Brihan Mumbai Ganit Adhyapak Mandal was established in 1979. It is also registered under ' Public Charitable trust Mumbai'.

Any secondary level math teacher can become a member of mandal. The maximum number of the members of the executive committee should be 13 as given below.
